A principle variable in the structure of a student financing scheme is how they are financed. Hence in addition to equity financing the company will be funded by diversified funding sources to include: Loans, Grants, NGOs/Foundations, Philanthropic Institutions, Diaspora contribution/donation and collaboration between academic departments and external stakeholders.

This consortia approach to funding education allows for the establishment of mutual goals, share responsibilities and consolidate financial arrangement

An Initial Public Offering (IPO) will be considered at a later date.
